Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TradeFlow platform and related applications (“TradeFlow”, “the service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using TradeFlow on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
1. The service
TradeFlow provides software for trade and field-service businesses to manage jobs, scheduling, staff timesheets, quotes, invoices, customer communication and related operations. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to hold an account.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. Roles and access
Within a business account, different users may have different roles and permissions (for example owner, office staff, technician or customer). The business account holder is responsible for assigning roles appropriately and for the actions of its users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful, harmful or offensive.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell the service except as permitted by law.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into TradeFlow (“your data”), including your customer and job records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display your data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any personal information you enter and for using it lawfully. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Customer and lead interactions
TradeFlow may include features that connect businesses with prospective customers and enquiries. We provide the tools to manage these interactions but are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, work, payment or dispute between a business and its customers. Quotes, pricing, work performed and any guarantees are solely between the business and its customer.
7. Location features
Where enabled, the service records staff location while on shift, as described in our Privacy Policy. Businesses that enable these features are responsible for meeting their obligations to staff under applicable workplace and privacy laws, including providing any required notice.
8. Third-party integrations
The service may integrate with third-party tools (such as accounting or mapping services). Your use of those tools is subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or to protect the service or its users. On termination, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability arising from your use of the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Contact
